A little about me....
Home is where life happens, and helping people find the right place to call home is what drives me. My own journey—from buying our first home as newlyweds, raising our children through a full renovation, and relocating from the suburbs of Chicago to the Charlotte area where we built our dream home—showed me firsthand how deeply meaningful the right home can be.
Today, I bring experience from business, motherhood, real estate, and guiding clients through major life transitions, including divorce and military support. I approach every transaction with clear communication, thoughtful support, and genuine care, helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.
Outside of real estate, I’m busy with my family of five (plus our goldendoodle, Fozzy), cooking from scratch, staying active, and proudly cheering on my son in the U.S. Marine Corps. In his honor, I earned my Military Relocation Professional designation to better serve military families and those who serve our country.

January 2026 Charlotte Metro Market Update
The Charlotte Metro housing market is off to a steady and strategic start in 2026.
Year-to-date, we’ve seen 4,182 new listings enter the market, with an average sales price of $499,167. Homes are currently selling at 94.3% of original list price, going under contract in an average of 67 days, and closing in approximately 114 days. With 2.7 months of inventory, we remain in a relatively balanced — yet competitive — environment.
What does this mean for you?
This is no longer the rapid-fire frenzy of previous years, but it is also far from stagnant. Today’s market rewards preparation, pricing precision, and negotiation expertise. Buyers have more room to evaluate options and structure strong offers. Sellers who price strategically and present their homes well are still achieving excellent results.
Every neighborhood, price point, and property type behaves differently. The headlines only tell part of the story.
